Taistix in Australia?

Well, I finally made it to the land down under. I've wanted to get here since I saw
the surfing in movies but there is apparently many more good reasons to see australia if you never have before. I am staying with some friends I met on the internet, playing/practicing/writing music, and also trying to land a job so I can come back with a sponsor so I can stay longer. It is a great deal more relaxed it seems as far things go than the united states is right now and I'm really enjoying myself. I haven't done too much travel outside of the area I'm staying in "brisbane" but i've seen enough to know there's a lifetime of things here i'd love to see. I did my first driving last nite on the "wrong" side of the road and it wasn't so difficult.
